What is Quizzy?
Quizzy.earth runs live quizzes in your browser. You host on a shared screen and players answer on their phones, with no app or account.
Updated October 15th, 2026
Hosting and playing are free. Paid plans raise the limits and add AI quiz-making. See Free, Host Pro and Event Pass compared.
How a live game works
On quizzy.earth, tap Host a game. Players scan the QR code or type the game code, and you start when everyone’s in. See Host your first live quiz.
Where the questions come from
Write your own, pick a Quizzy category, or import a spreadsheet. With Host Pro or an Event Pass, Quizzy can write a quiz from a topic or from a YouTube video.
Sign in to save a quiz, then edit or copy it later.
More ways to play
A Knockout game is last player standing, and every wrong answer costs a life.
The free Quizzy TV app puts your game on the room’s TV. See Put your quiz on the TV.
Study Mode brings back the questions you miss until you know them.
Do I need an account to host?
No. Sign in only when you want to save a quiz to use again.
Can people play a quiz without me running it live?
Yes. In Saved Quizzes, tap Create link on the quiz’s card. Anyone with that link can play it in their own time.
